On October 10th and 11th, 2025, the trails of The Wilderness Center (TWC) will be transformed into The Enchanted Forest. This signature educational event has been happening for over 30 years and is a fall tradition for families throughout the region. Create lasting memories together while learning about conservation and connecting with nature in a unique setting.
The Wilderness Center is gearing up for the 2025 Enchanted Forest! Visitors will meet costumed volunteers such as Caterpillar, Raccoon, Salamander, and Opossum as they are escorted along our pumpkin-lit trails. These friendly characters will sing, tell jokes and share stories of life in the woodlands. The experience is a fun, safe event for families. The educational focus of the evening is on the interconnectedness and importance of nocturnal species.
