If you are signing up your child for a program, please first tell us about yourself below. We will ask you about your child as the attendee on the next page.
Please note that in order to cover the costs for programming fees, this event will be canceled if the minimum number of attendees is not met. We will alert you at least 48 hours prior if the event will be canceled or rescheduled. Thank you for your understanding.
If you need to cancel your registration for any reason, please call 330-359-5235 at least 48 hours prior to the event, otherwise we cannot refund your registration fee.
