Help pour beer at Ales for Trails! Ales for Trails occurs Saturday, May 30th from 1 - 4 pm. Volunteers should plan to be onsite by 12:30. 

Volunteers for this role must be at least 21 years old.

This event is held outside around our Pond Trail. So, please dress accordingly, including shoes appropriate for walking the Pond Loop trail.

We are so excited to be opening our first public-use trail in nearly 50 years! Come be a part of this historic moment as we show common trail building and clearing techniques. The project will gradually transition from clearing the path to construction. 

No experience necessary. All tools and equipment will be provided. 

If you enjoy hiking the trails at TWC, then this volunteer activity is right up your alley! This volunteer activity will include walking the trails and cleaning debris (branches, trash) from around the trails. One of the biggest issues we have is with thorns growing over into the trail corridor. Volunteers will use handheld pruners to keep the trail clear. All equipment will be provided for you. No experience needed.

Time commitment: 1-2 hours per week

As a Gift Shop Volunteer, you’ll be the heartbeat of our visitor center—sharing insider tips on our property and daily activities, answering phone calls, and helping guests find the perfect souvenir at checkout. It’s all the TWC connection you love, with a much shorter commute for your feet!

TWC is recruiting volunteers who enjoy potting plants to assist with repotting plugs into pots for the native plant sale this spring!
